These terms and conditions apply when you shop at Panjab Supermarket online at panjabsupermarket.com or in person at our store in Nieuwegein.
By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

Placing an Order
When you complete checkout on our website and receive an order confirmation email, your order is accepted, and a purchase agreement is formed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected misuse.
If we cannot fulfill your order, you will receive a full refund.
Prices and Payment
All prices are in euros and include Dutch VAT. Delivery costs are shown separately at checkout.
We accept iDEAL, credit card (Visa, Mastercard), and debit card for online orders.
In-store purchases can also be paid by cash.
Payments are processed securely by Mollie. Full payment is required at the time of ordering.
Delivery
We offer same-day delivery to addresses within our delivery zone: Nieuwegein, Utrecht, Houten, IJsselstein, Zeist, De Bilt, Vianen, Maarssen, Bunnik, and Bilthoven.
Delivery costs €2.49 per order, free on orders of €49 or more.

No Returns. No Exchanges.
Because we sell food and grocery products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any items.
This applies to all products, perishable and non-perishable, for hygiene and food safety reasons.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for orders where a product arrives damaged, expired, incorrect, or missing.
You must report the issue within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo.
Approved refunds are processed within 5 working days to your original payment method.

Right of Withdrawal
Under Dutch consumer law, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies to most online purchases.
However, this right does not apply to food and grocery products, which fall under the exemption for perishable goods (Article 6:230p sub e Burgerlijk Wetboek).
As a grocery store, the right of withdrawal does not apply to orders placed at Panjab Supermarket.

We aim to respond within 2 business days.
If we cannot resolve it directly, you can escalate to the Dutch Consumer and Markets Authority (ACM) at acm.nl or use the EU dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. See our complaints page for full details.
Intellectual Property
All content on panjabsupermarket.com, including text, images, logos, and product descriptions, is owned by Panjab Supermarket or its content suppliers and protected by Dutch and European intellectual property law.
You may not reproduce or distribute any content without prior written permission.
Privacy
We process your personal data in accordance with the GDPR and Dutch AVG.

Governing Law
These terms are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be submitted to the competent court in the district of Midden-Nederland.
