Sakthi Mutton Masala is blended for South Indian mutton kulambu: coriander and chilli deepened with pepper, fennel and roasted spices that stand up to long simmering and strong meat.
Brown the meat with onions, tomato and the masala, then let it simmer until the oil floats and the gravy darkens. The same blend seasons mutton chukka, kothu parotta and a formidable country-chicken curry.
