At Panjab Supermarket, we pack every order with care and deliver it the same day from our store in Nieuwegein.
We want every delivery to arrive exactly as you expect.
If something goes wrong, this page explains what we can do for you.

No Returns. No Exchanges.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products — perishable or non-perishable, food or non-food.
Because we sell groceries and food products, returned items cannot be safely restocked or resold for hygiene reasons. We appreciate your understanding.

When You Are Eligible for a Refund
Refunds are only issued in the following situations:
- You received a damaged product
- You received an expired product
- You received an incorrect item (different from what you ordered)
- An item was missing from your order
In all other cases, we are unable to offer a refund.
How to Report a Problem
Contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Reports made after 24 hours cannot be processed.
When you get in touch, please have the following ready:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged, expired, or incorrect product
- A brief description of the issue

You do not need to send back damaged or incorrect food items.
Please dispose of them safely once you have submitted your report.
How Refunds Are Processed
Once we review and approve your report, your refund is processed within 5 working days to your original payment method — iDEAL, credit card, or debit card.
You will receive a confirmation email as soon as the refund has been initiated.
If you have not received your refund after 5 working days, contact us directly at +31 6 20009192.
Canceling an Order
You can cancel an order as long as it has not yet been packed for delivery. Call us immediately at +31 6 20009192.
Once an order is packed, cancellation is no longer possible, and standard delivery charges apply.
