Lakshmi Navgrah Wood 210 Gr is a 210 gram pack of navagraha samidha, the nine different woods that belong to the nine planets. They come cut into short sticks, ready to be offered in whatever order the ritual sets out.

This is not the fuel wood that builds the fire, it is what is offered into a fire already burning, one wood for each graha during a navagraha shanti or a homa done to settle a planetary period. What builds the fire underneath is ordinary samidha, a single wood bought in bulk.

Is this the same as ordinary hawan samidha? No, and the two are not interchangeable. This pack is nine named woods in a small quantity, each offered for its own graha. Ordinary samidha is one wood bought in bulk to make the fire that receives them, so a navagraha hawan needs both on the day.
