Description
KRG Ginger Powder is sonth: mature ginger dried and milled until its warmth concentrates and its freshness turns peppery. It dissolves where fresh ginger will not, which is why chai and sweets prefer it.
Simmer a pinch into masala chai and kadha, whisk it into gajar halwa, panjiri and ladoo mixtures, or rub it with salt over fruit for the winter chaat treatment. In gravies it thickens slightly as it warms.
