Nawab Mixed Pickle gathers the classics of the achar tray, raw mango, lime, green chilli and cut vegetables, into one mustard-oil jar spiced the traditional North Indian way.
It is the one jar that settles the whole table: sour mango for one plate, hot chilli for another. Serve it with parathas, curd rice, khichdi or a simple dal-roti dinner.
