TRS Alu Bukhara are whole dried sour plums, the ingredient that gives Pakistani and Punjabi celebration dishes their signature sweet-tart undertow. The 200 gram pack holds enough for a season of special pots.
Simmer them into aloo bukhara korma and Sindhi biryani, cook them down with jaggery and spices into a glossy chutney for samosas, or stew a few with apples for a desi-leaning compote. Deseed after soaking if you prefer.
