National Kofta Masala seasons both the meatballs and their gravy. National Foods blends coriander, cumin, red chilli, clove and cardamom so the koftas are well spiced inside and the sauce is deep and aromatic around them.
Bind minced meat with part of the masala, shape into balls, then simmer in an onion-tomato gravy made with the rest. Finish with coriander and serve with naan, roti or rice for a comforting home-style curry.
