Haldiram Aloo Bhujia 200G is the fine potato sev from Haldiram’s, the Nagpur house that has set the standard for Indian namkeen since 1937. Feather-thin strands of potato and gram flour are seasoned with cumin, black pepper, clove and a touch of tangy amchur, then fried to a clean, brittle snap.
