Description
Laziza Yakhani Pulao Masala is built for the stock-cooked pulao tradition. Whole and ground spices such as fennel, coriander, black pepper, clove and bay are balanced to flavour a clear yakhani rather than a heavy gravy.
Simmer meat and the masala to make a spiced stock, strain it, then cook basmati in that yakhani until every grain is separate and perfumed. Serve with raita, salad and a wedge of lemon for a comforting meal.
