Vital is a Karachi tea house and this is its everyday danedar grade, the coarse leaf particle that Pakistani kitchens prefer for chai made in a pan. Selling it in a jar rather than a pouch is a small thing that matters more than it sounds, because tea loses its aroma through an imperfectly closed pack faster than through almost anything else.
Brew it the Pakistani way, which means giving it time. Water and tea to the boil, then milk, then a low flame for two or three minutes while it darkens. Danedar rewards that patience where a fine cut leaf would have turned bitter by minute two. Keep the lid screwed shut between uses and the last cup out of the jar will be as good as the first.

Is a jar actually better than a pouch? For anything you will take three months to finish, yes. A screw lid seals where a folded pouch does not, and tea is unusually sensitive to that.
