TRS Brown Chickpeas are kala chana, the small dark cousin of the white chickpea, firmer, earthier and the correct choice for Punjabi kala chana curry and temple-style sundal.
Soak overnight, pressure-cook, and finish as a dark masala curry, a South Indian sundal or a chaat base. They also sprout beautifully for breakfast bowls.
