TRS Almonds 100 GR is whole raw badam, skin on, sold in a hundred gram pack. Nothing is roasted or salted, so the nut goes into whatever you are making without bringing its own seasoning along.
A hundred grams is the size that suits soaking. Six or seven almonds go into water overnight, the skins slip off in the morning, and the rest of the pack keeps for the badam milk or the kheer garnish later in the week. It grinds into almond paste for a korma just as easily.
