Description

Temple Mina 24×9 With Door is the largest home mandir the shop keeps, in the coloured Mina finish and with doors across the front. Everything else in the range is a step down from this.

A mandir this size is bought for a room that has a puja space in it rather than a corner that gets used as one. It takes a full arrangement, several murtis at different heights, pictures behind, the vessels and the bell standing rather than stacked, and still closes at the end of the evening.

Will it come through a normal doorway? Almost certainly, since the larger of the two numbers is the height and the piece goes through on its side, but the listing prints no unit and no packed dimensions. Ring +31 6 20009192 and ask for the boxed measurements before you order at this price.

What does the extra money buy over the 21 by 9? Three more on the height and the same 9 across, so the gain is vertical, room for a taller murti or a second tier inside. If the space you have in mind is limited by width rather than height, the 21 does the same job for fifteen euros less.

One size down, the 18 by 9 with doors is the compact door model, and the pooja and festival range at Panjab Supermarket carries everything that goes inside a mandir. Dust it with a dry cloth and keep it out of direct sun, because heat and damp are what lift a finish.
