Description
TRS Fennel Seeds are plump green saunf with the sweet anise lift that works both sides of the kitchen: savoury tempering and after-meal freshening. Whole seeds hold their oils far longer than ground fennel ever manages.
Bloom them in oil for panch phoran and Kashmiri gravies, steep them into saunf tea for heavy evenings, or roast them with mishri for the classic mukhwas bowl by the door. Pickles, especially mango, consider them family.
